To see a doctor or nurse please make an appointment by telephone (01707 269 091) or calling at the surgery.
If you have an urgent medical problem you will always be assessed the same day by the on-call doctor who will advise you on the appropriate action to be taken.
For non-urgent conditions appointments are available either in advance (two to three weeks ahead) or on a 48 hours basis
The doctors and nurses are happy to give telephone advice, although it is not always possible to be put straight through if the doctor or nurse is dealing with another patient.
If it is not possible for you to come to the surgery because of illness, a home visit can be requested by phoning the surgery (if possible before 10.30am).
Please tell the receptionist why you need a visit as this helps the doctors plan their rounds. You may be put through to a doctor for further assessment and advice.
Every week a large number of patients fail to attend booked appointments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment – then we can give it to someone else.
