If you are on a regular long term medication then you may well be able to have repeat prescriptions without having to see a doctor every time.  Patients who have repeat prescriptions can request a new prescription by posting or delivering the right side of your prescription to the surgery - just tick the items that you require.

Telephone requests are not accepted because of the risk of errors however we can accept fax requests on 01707 282732 . Please give us two working days notice.

If you would like us to post your prescription to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Please note the review date on the right hand page of your repeat prescription – your medication will need to be reviewed at regular intervals in order to that you get the best and most appropriate care. You can usually arrange with your local chemist to collect medicines directly from them.
